Our commitment to accessibility

Grupo Tuinbit SL, owner of the website tekeum.com, is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549. As a private entity, Grupo Tuinbit SL is not bound by Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018, which applies to the public sector, but voluntarily adopts that framework and the model statement established by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523, in line with Spanish Law 11/2023 and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act).

This statement applies to the website tekeum.com, in its Spanish and English versions. It does not apply to the public microsites that cultural institutions publish with the Tekeum platform: each microsite has its own accessibility statement, generated from its configuration.

Compliance status

This website is fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: the latest review identified no content that fails the level A and AA success criteria.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 8 July 2026.

The method used was a self-assessment carried out by Grupo Tuinbit SL, combining:

• Automated evaluation of every page of the site, in Spanish and English, with the axe-core analysis engine and the WCAG 2.1/2.2 level A and AA rule sets.
• Manual review of colour contrast, heading order, image alternative text, ARIA semantics and the behaviour of animated elements, including support for the reduced-motion preference.
