Over 10 years understanding heritage, before founding Tekeum.

Tekeum grew out of years working with audio guides — seeing first-hand what works and what doesn't.

Our story

Before Tekeum, we spent over a decade working in the audio guide world. In that time we saw the same problems repeat themselves in museums, local councils and heritage sites of every size: slow processes, budgets that didn't reach everywhere equally, and accessibility that almost always ended up last — or left out of the project entirely.

Tekeum was built to solve that from scratch, with AI as a tool — not as a replacement for the people who review and validate every piece of content.

What we believe

We believe every heritage site — whatever its size — deserves a high-quality, accessible audio guide. The smallest village deserves the same narrative dignity as a major city. And we believe getting there shouldn't depend on large budgets or processes that drag on for months.

That's why Tekeum delivers the finished work: the institution sends its official sources, and we generate, translate and publish — with human review at every step.

How we work

Only from verified official sources. No invented content. AI accelerates production, but every script, every audio description (AD) and every translation goes through human review before it reaches the visitor.
